As a father of 2 who has a wife who works outside the home, I know personally the struggles of getting all the tasks around the home done on time.  Do you have to pick up a child from day care, or go to your kids soccer game?  Who is going to cook dinner? When will the yard get mowed?  Its amazing all of the questions and stresses that come along with life.  Our only job is to take those away from you.  The stresses that is, we can't answer everything.  But if you need tasks done, and don't want to hire 6 different companies to do it all, give us a try.  With our knowledgable handy men, cleaners, yard workers and more, there aren't many jobs around that we can't handle.  And unlike some companies, when we aren't sure if we can do it, we tell you that.  We don't ask for payment until the job is done, so you have total comfort in the fact that you see the job done right before receiving the invoice.

Q&A

Q) Who will come to our home?

A) With our trained and professional staff you get honest, hard workers, who will handle all of your tasks with care.  Every employee is well interviewed, screened and trained.

Q) Do I have to be home?

A) That's up to you.  Please feel free to leave us a list, or we can come to you when we are done each task.    We try and get everything you need done and more, and if we ever miss something feel free to let us know.  We don't get offended, we just make sure we get it from then on out.

Q) What are your assistants abilities?

A)Every personal assistant has different abilities and specialties.  If you have a special task you want done, feel free to tell us at time of appt. so we can get the best person out to you.  We try to regularly give you the same assistant, but sometimes that is not possible.  We will give you the option of another assistant, or we can postpone till your regular assistant is available again.

Q) What are your rates?

A)  Our rates may vary, (depending on work, location, commute) but we try to keep them consistent.  If they are going to go up, we will notify you before your appointment. 

Q)  How do we pay you?

A) Forms of acceptable payment are Cash, Check or Credit via Paypal.  Paypal charges us a fee, and we unfortunately do share that fee.  We try to split it 50/50 and we do this to be able to keep our rates so low.  Instead of raising the rates on everyone we show this fee on our invoices to only bill those who use it.  It is a convenience to you so I hope the minimal fee doesn’t discourage your use.
